Airworthiness

Part 145 Papa-Bravo Aviation personnel have held/do hold EASA/CAA approvals for Accountable Manager, Quality Manager, Countinuing Airworthiness Manager for Part M Subpart F and G and Part 145 We have implemented both proprietory and open source solutions for systems and procedures as well as developing CONOPS for extended operations in demanding enviroments

Flight Operations

EASA-CAT/SPO Papa-Bravo Aviation personnel have held/do hold EASA/CAA approvals for Accountable Manager, Quality Manager, Countinuing Airworthiness Manager, Ground Operations Manager for EASA/CAA CAT and SPO operations We have created and operated CONOPS for ISR, Flight Inspection, Low Level Operations, Maritime Patrol, Pollution, Fisheries Protection

Ground Operations

Systems, Process, People Papa-Bravo Aviation has created and managed systems and processes to manage large and disparate fleets of aircraft in diverse locations with demanding CONOPS and geographical, political and operational challenges and constraints. Papa-Bravo Aviation staff have written over 2,500 pages of detailed documentation in support of EASA-CAT/EASA-SPO operations

Regulatory

Compliance Papa-Bravo Aviation personnel pioneered SMS on small aircraft under EU-OPS and lead the field in SMS for complex operators under EASA-CAT for small aircraft. Our people have introduced and overseen sophisticated QMS and SMS for complex and diverse aircraft operations globally
